Seventeen Magazine Summer Splash 2007 | Saturday, June 09, 2007
" eh eh, i need more tissue paper! nose cannot stop bleeding laaa! "
it was the annual Summer Splash event by Seventeen magazine, which was held in Sunway Lagoon Surf Beach. many thanks to ee ping for getting free tickets for me =D haha. so i decided to pay a visit to this event thing. and guess what, christopher and his friend steven were there as well! the crowd was huge! and there were many usj 12 friends as well, let it be juniors or my batch haha. went over to starbucks to meet up with chris and steven and headed towards the entrance of the surf beach which was located outside sunway resort hotel.
we hung out at the entrance and spotted hunks and chiqs. xD
chris was getting more frustrated with his camera phone as his camera is taking a leave in hong kong at the moment. and so he turned to steven for ...
for more satisfaction. lmao.
the event started from 1pm and scheduled to end at 5pm. but the place was already packed by 12pm. after collecting my ticket from ee ping, we went separate ways as her friends had not had their lunch yet, and so they headed for secret recipe. chris, steven and i finally decided to enter the surf beach only to find our eyes blinded mesmerised by sights of bikinis and ... whatever stuffs u wear to a beach LOL. there were performances going on and along with games as well. one of the host was azura, who was hosting the disney channel show along with jien the last time i saw her. we went on taking more shots and then a particular event caught my eye. i recognised one of the contestants!
yen yi! my buddy, si wei's sister. they were playing some games which required them to 'pluck' pimples out of the faceboard haha. and then i spotted denise and wan yee were on stage as well. haha. steven and i wanted to get in the water, but somehow chris refused xD hahaha. next time we need to be more persistent, need to push chris in the water! wahahah. we continued walking and sightseeing. guess who i spotted next???? xD fuiyo! our budak khas looking hawt wei! *i aint gay -.-* ROFL.
there was pratically nothing much to do except enjoying the performances which some was quite a turn off. and of course for couples, there were definitely more 'side' activities going on. aside from all that, we were honestly just there for pictures haha!
girls and guys were enjoying the water, and the breeze wind as well. we only managed to soak our legs in the water xD. hahaha. more on next post! stay tuned. =D
@.@ budak khas ke2 shared his wisdom! 11:56 PM
